WHY I BUILT IT
A practical tool, built from experience
I originally built this after experiencing how frustrating it can be to keep checking the municipality appointment website for an available slot. As a software engineer, I built a small tool to do the checking automatically. I’m now testing whether it can help other people in The Hague too.

No. Availability can change quickly and another person may book the slot before you do.

Does this work for international student registration?
Yes. Appointment Alerts monitors international student registration availability through The Hague International Centre and alerts you when an earlier slot appears. You still book the appointment yourself.
How will I receive alerts?
Telegram is currently required to receive Appointment Alert notifications. Earlier appointments can disappear quickly, so Telegram allows us to send alerts as soon as possible. Additional notification methods may be added in the future.
When does monitoring start?
Choose your appointment type and complete payment through the Tally signup form. We receive and verify your request and payment, then activate monitoring and let you know when it has started.
How long does monitoring continue?
We monitor appointment availability for up to 30 days, or until you book an appointment or ask us to stop, whichever comes first.
Does one payment cover multiple people or appointment types?
No. €9.99 incl. VAT covers one appointment monitoring request for one monitoring configuration.
