Terms of Service

The service

The service monitors selected appointment availability on third-party municipality booking systems and sends an alert when a matching slot is detected. The Hague Appointment Alert is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Gemeente Den Haag.

No appointment guarantee

We cannot guarantee that an earlier appointment will become available, that a detected slot will remain available, or that you will successfully complete a booking. You remain responsible for opening the municipality booking system, checking the details and booking the appointment yourself.

Early Access offer

The current Early Access price is €9.99 for one monitored appointment request. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The standard monitoring duration is up to 3 months and may end earlier if you successfully book the appointment or ask us to stop.

The service, its features and future pricing may change during Early Access. A current monitoring request remains covered by the price agreed for that request.

Monitoring duration

A monitoring request normally remains active until you successfully book an appointment, ask us to stop, or 3 months have passed since monitoring started, whichever comes first.

When the standard monitoring period ends, monitoring stops and we may notify you that the request has ended. If you still need monitoring, contact support@authenticbecome.com so we can discuss extending or restarting the request. Extensions are not automatic.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate appointment requirements, date preferences and contact information, and tell us when the request should stop. You are responsible for confirming that any slot and booking details meet your needs.

Availability of monitoring

Monitoring may be delayed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable because of municipality website outages, technical changes, maintenance, rate limits, blocking or other circumstances outside our control.

Suspension or early termination

We may suspend or end a monitoring request where reasonably necessary to protect the service or because continued monitoring is no longer practical, including when:

• The service is misused or abused
• Monitoring information is inaccurate or misleading
• The monitored appointment type is removed, materially changed or no longer technically accessible
• Third-party website changes, outages, blocking or similar circumstances make continued monitoring technically unreasonable
• Use of the service interferes with monitoring for other users

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for missed, changed or unavailable appointment slots, failed bookings, third-party systems, or indirect losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
