Email support@authenticbecome.com and include enough information for us to understand your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
14-day withdrawal
Purchased Appointment Alerts within the last 14 days and want to withdraw from the agreement? Use our online withdrawal form at https://tally.so/r/lbk5LV. This is for exercising the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. If you simply want monitoring stopped, contact support@authenticbecome.com. Stopping monitoring after the withdrawal period does not automatically create a refund entitlement; see the Terms for the full rules.
Request appointment monitoring
Choose your appointment type, submit the Tally request form and complete payment through the form. We receive and verify your request and payment, activate monitoring, and let you know when it has started. Submitting the form without completing payment does not start monitoring.
