A clearer way to watch for appointment availability
Appointment Alerts is an independent monitoring service for selected appointment types in The Hague. It helps you keep watch for availability without repeatedly checking the official calendar yourself.
What is Appointment Alerts?
Appointment Alerts checks selected public appointment availability for supported Gemeente Den Haag and The Hague International Centre services. When a matching appointment is detected, we send an alert through Telegram so you can act quickly.
The service is designed for people who know which appointment route they need but do not want to keep refreshing the booking calendar throughout the day.
How it works
- Choose one supported appointment type and submit your monitoring request through the signup form.
- Complete the one-time payment and provide the monitoring details we need.
- We verify the request and payment, activate monitoring, and tell you when monitoring has started.
- We check the selected public appointment route and send a Telegram alert when matching availability is detected.
- You open the official booking system and book the appointment yourself.
Independent service, official booking
Appointment Alerts is independent. It is not part of, affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Gemeente Den Haag, The Hague International Centre or the IND. We do not represent these organisations.
We monitor availability and send notifications only. We do not book, reserve or hold appointments, and we cannot guarantee that a slot will appear, remain available or lead to a successful booking. You are responsible for checking the official requirements and completing the booking directly through the official website.
What we currently support
The service currently supports selected appointment routes with Gemeente Den Haag and The Hague International Centre. See the supported appointments list on the homepage for the current services. Each route has its own eligibility requirements, so check the relevant official information before requesting monitoring.
