Legal basis
Depending on the activity, we process information because it is needed to provide the monitoring service you request, to take steps you ask us to take before providing that service, because you have given consent where consent is requested, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the early-access service.
Service providers and recipients
Tally is used for early-access form submissions, Telegram is used to deliver alerts, and Cloudflare provides hosting and related infrastructure. These providers receive only the information involved in providing their respective services. We remain responsible for how we handle personal data when using them; each provider may also process information under its own terms and privacy practices.
This website does not currently process payments or use a payment provider. If payment functionality is enabled, this policy will be updated before payment-related information is collected.
International transfers
Tally, Telegram or Cloudflare may process information in countries outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer applies, we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. Contact us for current information about a particular service.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate an active monitoring request, provide support, improve the early-access service, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data; restrict or object to its processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or ask us to stop using your data for monitoring. Not every right applies in every situation. Send requests to support@authenticbecome.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate administrative or legal purposes.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how your information is handled, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
