This policy explains how Appointment Alerts, the registered trade name used for The Hague Appointment Alert, handles information for the paid early-access appointment-monitoring service.

Who is responsible for your data?

Information we collect

Email address
Telegram username, chat identifier or other information needed to deliver alerts
Appointment type being monitored
Preferred dates and other monitoring preferences
Information submitted through the Tally request form
Payment status and transaction references needed to confirm payment and administer the service
Basic website usage, performance and security information processed by the site and hosting infrastructure

Why we process information

To receive and verify a submitted appointment request and payment
To activate and operate a paid monitoring request
To notify customers when monitoring has started
To send availability alerts through Telegram
To answer support, privacy and appointment-type questions
To operate, secure, understand and improve the service

Legal basis

Depending on the activity, we process information to take requested pre-contract steps, provide the paid monitoring service, comply with legal obligations, because you have given consent where requested, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service.

Service providers and recipients

Tally is used for request submissions and payment, Telegram for alerts, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for hosting and related infrastructure. These providers receive information involved in their respective services and may also process it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Appointment Alerts does not ask customers to send payment-card details directly. Payment information is entered through the secure payment flow provided in the signup form.

International transfers

Tally, Telegram, Stripe or Cloudflare may process information outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer applies, we handle it in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to review requests, operate monitoring for up to 30 days, provide support, administer payment and accounting records, improve the service, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Information no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data; restrict or object to its processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or ask us to stop using your data for monitoring. Send requests to support@authenticbecome.com. Some information may need to be retained for administrative, accounting or legal purposes.

Complaints

You may contact us about concerns and have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
